To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 7 DAYS of delivery
  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Not damaged, altered, or washed

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 7 BUSINESS DAYS
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 DAYS of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

We will prioritize resolving this by offering:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund (if replacement is not available)
